Since oolong is a semi-fermented tea, it's caffeine content falls in between that of green and black teas. Similarily, it also contains a higher percentage of unchanged polyphenols than black teas.
Oolongs are especially prized for their digestive qualities, so are well-suited to drinking after meals.
