Do not over steep your tea! This can leave your tea tasting bitter and unpleasant, wasting perfectly good tea leaves.

Tea leaves need room to expand. Since they are whole leaves make sure you give them plenty of space. Don't put too many leaves into your empty tea bags or infuser baskets.
